Classic pear aromas with nectarine and citrus characteristics give way to a clean and crisp palate with lemon-lime notes. A well-balanced wine with an off dry finish.

Vermentino 

Heathcote Vic

Textured and savoury, this crisp vermentino shows aromas of hard Mediterranean herbs and subtle citrus fruits. The palate has fresh stonefruit and briny notes with a chalky mouthfeel and a lingering, pleasantly grippy finish of fresh acidity.

Grenache Shiraz Mataro 

McLaren Vale SA

Aromas of forest berries, rose petals, cherries, plums and spice. Medium bodied with a beautiful long even bright palate with musk, violets, plums and mouth watering silky tannins. 

Raspberry, blood plum and black tea. Medium weight, vibrant and bright, flooded with red fruit flavour, touches of tea and white pepper and crunchy tannin detail throughout.

Merlot

Coonawarra SA

This Merlot displays varietal characteristics of rich plum, cherry and sweet spice layered with elegant notes and smooth fine tannins.

 

Aromas of dark plum dark cherry with toasted oak vanilla cinnamon and nutmeg. Big ripe dry full bodied palate. Dark and red fruit confirming the nose but with a little aniseed on the palate along with those round toasty oak notes.

Nose

Lifted dark berry, black cherry and raspberry aromas along with subtle spice, black pepper and mocha overtones from the oak maturation.

Palate

Medium bodied wine with luscious black cherry, plum and raspberry fruit characters along with some savoury, earthy undertones. The oak maturation brings attractive spice and mocha characters to the palate. Overall, well balanced with well-integrated oak and persistent finish.

Enticing aromas of dried apricot and fig with marmalade and orange peel. Luscious concentrated palate of apricot nectar, dried fig and pineapple with well-balanced acid giving it length and structure.   Deep, bright golden hue. The bouquet is sweetly honeyed with yeasty and estery high notes, and the sweet rich palate is balanced and clean at the finish.
