Toi Toi Late Harvest Dessert Wine 2019

Late Harvest Riesling

South Island NZ

Late-harvested wines are made from grapes that are left on the vine until later in the harvest season, allowing them to get super-ripe and gain a lot of sugar. A natural process is used to concentrate the flavours, sugars and acidity.

The wine exhibits light floral aromas, overtones of raisins and syrup, crystallized citrus peel, ripe stone fruit with orange blossom notes. The palate experience includes orange marmalade, honeydew melon and mango with a fine line of acid and a clean and fresh finish.
