The flavour is spicy and zesty with the typical peppery note, dry and fruity.

This wine was stirred daily on its lees (a depost of yeast cells and grape matter) according to the “Sur Lie” method.

 

Translucent with a diamond-grey hue, with expressive aromas of apricot, peach and a hint of mint. There is an excellent balance between richness, freshness, and bright acidity, with flavours of green plum, pineapple, and passionfruit.

This blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon is harvested in the cool of the night and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to maintain freshness, acidity, and aromatics.

 

Pale straw yellow in appearance with aromatics, floral notes of lilies and white flowers, and white peach, green pineapple and lychee. Round and balanced with excellent freshness and crispness on the finish.

Full on the palate, persistent and with character, a true reflection of the personality of the grapes from this terroir.
