Riesling

Colour
 It has a very pale straw colour and subtle green highlights to the edges.

Nose
The wine displays lifted fresh and vibrant aromas. Kaffir lime and lemon characters abound, followed by layers of subtle blossom and enticing floral rosewater nuances.

Palate
The wine displays intense citrus fruit characters of fresh lemon and lime along with hints of orange blossom. Through the mid-palate there is excellent fruit presence with zesty fresh lemon and lime characters. The finish is crisp, clean and persistent.

The wine is a very pale straw with a green edged hue.

Nose
The wine has tropical aromas of passionfruit and guava with a hint of freshly cut grass.

Palate
This wine has a crisp and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and some herbaceousness across the mid-palate. There is a naturally delicate, cleansing acidity to the wine with a soft, persistent finish.

This wine is a deep garnet red colour with brilliant clarity.
Nose
There is a delicate perfume of red cherry and stewed plum with underlying
delicate cinnamon spice.
Palate
A light to medium-bodied wine with a delicate texture. On the palate,
there is a delicious sour cherry flavour with hints of ripe strawberry along with
a touch of spice from French oak. Overall, the palate is crisp and crunchy with a long, graceful and persistent finish

The wine displays rich dark cherry fruit characteristics with hints of spicy incense and underlying dusty oak aromas.

Palate
This is a medium-bodied wine with flavours of maraschino cherry, plums and subtle spice along with well integrated savoury oak. There is a pleasing soft and silky texture to the mid palate and the wine has a long, persistent finish.

Colour
The wine is a dark red colour with ruby red hues.

Nose
Aroma displaying dark plum, redcurrant and red cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice.

Palate
Plump and generous with ripe fruit characters of plum, cherry and redcurrant. Mocha coffee and subtle aniseed characters are also present along with vanillan oak to balance the fruit flavours. The wine is medium-bodied with a soft mid-palate & pleasing tannin structure. It is a well balanced wine with great texture, good length and enjoyable fruit flavours on the finish.

Honey, citrus, guava and late autumn stone fruits are but a few of the characters creating this wine of unmistakable intensity and character. The distinctive stone-fruit chardonnay derived flavours help balance the natural acidity.
