Late Harvest Riesling

Barossa Valley, SA

This wine is pale straw gold in colour.

It has a gentle nose of brioche, crème patisserie, poached quince and fresh grapes.

Its full and juicy palate presents gently poached fruits (pears, quinces, stone fruits) all squeezed with a hint of lime and mandarin and served with a freshly baked piece of shortcrust pastry. The  palate is balanced by the acidity and hint of texture that retains the shape and drive.
