Bethany, First Village, 2024

Late Harvest Riesling

Barossa Valley South Australia

This wine is pale straw gold in colour.

It has a finely focused nose of lime cordial, fresh white blossoms and hints of citrus infused shortbread.

Its  sweetly zesty palate is filled with gently poached fruits (pears, quinces, stone fruits) all squeezed with a hint of lime and served with a freshly baked piece of shortcrust pastry.

The finishes is clean with the aroma of late summer florals and steely Riesling acidity ever present.
