Tulloch   TULLOCH 2021

Verdelho

 
Hunter Valley, NSW

Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

Sangiovese

 

Tuscany, Italy

This Sangiovese is a bright ruby red in colour.  On the nose, it is clean and precise, with hints or morello cherries, wild berries and a moderate spiciness. The palate reveals a full and firm flavour, expressing all its intensity and elegance.

Syrah-Grenache-Mourvèdre-Carignan-Cinsault

Barossa Valley, SA

This Rhône styled Barossa Valley red blend is deep and dark in colour with big, juicy aromas with a hint of vanilla and French oak. This juiciness is continued onto the palate with raspberries, dark stone fruit and some light tannins. The structure is smooth leading to a long, elegant finish.

Malbec

 
Mendoza, Argentina
This Malbec has a deep dense black colour with a red hue. Aromas of violets, spice, ripe blueberries and boysenberry, with hints of mocha oak.

The palate shows fresh fruits of red cherry, fresh cranberries with savoury chalky tannings which give length and finesse.

Botrytis Semillon

 

Riverina District NSW

Enticing aromas of dried apricot and fig with marmalade and orange peel. Luscious concentrated palate of apricot nectar, dried fig and pineapple with well-balanced acid giving it length and structure.   Deep, bright golden hue. The bouquet is sweetly honeyed with yeasty and estery high notes, and the sweet rich palate is balanced and clean at the finish.

Deep gold in colour, the wine has beautiful aromas of apricot, honey & marmalade.

 

The wine exhibits flavours of summer – ripe peaches and quince, honey and orange. It has a smooth, texture which fills the mouth with a long, crisp finish.
