Riesling

 
Great Southern Region, Western Australia

A Riesling with a golden colour with green highlights.  The nose displays mineral notes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and ripe lime juice. Lengthy flavours on the palate with rising intensity and pleasant acidity.

This Marsanne provides lively citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. There is a nicely balanced crunchy acidity through the palate. Time will allow for the development of honeysuckle and marmalade notes.

Pinot Noir

 

Piper’s Brook, Tasmania

This is a fine cool climate Pinot Noir. It is perfumed, and filled with cherries, plush red currants and plums. The plate provides strawberries with a hint of smoky oak and fine acidity. It displays a vibrant, fresh and tangy style of finely textured tannins and lingering persistence.

Sangiovese

Fleurieu Peninsula, SA

This Sangiovese explodes with aromas of strawberries and raspberries and hints of earthy, forest floor and anise. Red fruits dominate the flavours with layers of complex savoury herbs, and structured chalky tannins create a refreshing finish.

Wynns COONAWARRA ESTATE 2014

Shiraz

 
Coonawarra, South Australia

Wynns Shiraz continues as one of Australia’s affordable favourites.  Rich varietal characters of plum, spice and pepper are woven through the minty regional notes and framed by fine, firm tannins.

De Bortoli NOBLE ONE  2018

Botrytis Semillon

 

Riverina, NSW

 

Marmalade like aromas with dried mango, pineapple chunks, ginger crystals and orange liqueur as well as toasty oak notes. The palate is fruity with plenty of sugar perfectly balanced by the acid.
